By using Lazy Planning, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

Lazy Planning is a voice-first planning application that transcribes audio recordings and uses AI to extract tasks, events, and notes. The service includes mobile apps (iOS, Android, macOS) and a cloud backend.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the service's operation.
• Record or process audio of others without their consent.
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal app usage.
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through circumvention.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create (recordings, notes, tasks, events). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

5. AI Processing

Your audio and text content is processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Soniox) to provide transcription and analysis. We do not use your data to train AI models. The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate results.

6. Subscription Plans

• Free, Basic, Pro, and Ultra plans are available with different feature sets and limits.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
